Not gonna lie, the whole ordering experience was really frustrating. I was disappointed, and I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

I’m not sure if I’m missing something here, but this just didn’t feel worth the price to me. I don’t mind paying more when something feels a little special or higher quality, but I didn’t really get that from this. For what was offered, it felt overpriced, and I left feeling like I could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else.

I ordered a small gift from Florie's Finales and overall it was a smooth experience. The delivery came right around when they said it would, and I got the updates I needed without being flooded with messages.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the tracking took a bit to refresh, so I wasn’t completely sure what was going on at first. In the end though, everything arrived fine and on the right day.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, the main thing I was focused on was just getting it sorted. They did get back to me and fixed the issue in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I felt like I had to follow up to keep things moving. I wasn’t really paying attention to every little part of the process, but overall it felt average. Not bad, not great

The choices were decent overall, I’d say. There just weren’t a ton of them, but what was there seemed okay enough...

My experience with Florie's Finales was okay overall. I was able to use the site and find what I needed without too much trouble, which is obviously the main thing. That said, it didn’t feel especially smooth from start to finish. The delivery or update information could definitely be clearer, since people naturally want to know what’s going on after they order. Not a bad experience, just average for me

I don’t know, the flavor just really wasn’t good. It had this weird bitter aftertaste, and it kind of tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for way too long or... I tried to get through it, but I couldn’t finish it. Probably won’t be ordering from floriesfinales.com again

The site kind of threw me off as soon as I landed on it. It looks cluttered and a bit unfinished, like things were just Dropped onto the page without much thought.

A few of the images and bits of text didn’t line up right, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to be looking at. It just wasn’t a Smooth experience for me.

The products might be perfectly fine, but based on how the site looks, I wouldn’t really feel Comfortable placing an order there

I ordered a bouquet from floriesfinales.com for my mum, and I’m still a bit confused about the timing because I thought it was arriving the next day, or maybe the day after, but either way it showed up looking rough. Some of the petals already had brown edges and a few of the stems were drooping like they’d been sitting around for a while.
I get that flowers aren’t meant to last forever, but these looked old basically as soon as we opened the box. By the next day, or maybe it was barely even a full day later, most of them had to be thrown out. Really disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a nice gift for my mum

I wasn’t impressed with this at all. It felt cheap right out of the box and just didn’t seem well made. If this is what their products are usually like, I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.
